10 things "Sex and the City" taught me about relationships...

1. No one has the answer to your problems, you will figure it out as time goes by.

2. You can find the most perfect guy and sabotage that because of insecurities.

3. There is such a thing as "Too good to be true" don't mess it up. If you're not happy or feel something missing, be honest with your partner and leave.

4. Good friends are a blessing, they will love you no matter what. Keep them close for as long as you can, because they need you as much as you need them.

5. There will always be double standards, deal with it.

6. Never say never because situations might cause you to contradict yourself...

7. Finding a successful, good looking man with a great body and who is willing to commit when in your 30s is like finding a pot of gold at the end of a rainbow- I might be exaggerating a bit but it's very hard. Possible but hard.

8. Relationships are not the same, so are friendships. Treat each one individually and don't do what others do.

9. Compromising isn't all that bad, as long as it is something you can live with and are comfortable doing for the other person.

10. Friends are like guardian angels. They will judge you but in the end, they are trying to look out for u. Don't take things too personal!

Love,
Lo*
