Keeping up with the times

As a 90's kid, born in the 80's, things changed so drastically after the millennium. From music, to technology and everything else. It doesn't help much that I grew up in a township with not much resources and access to technological devices, but I think I've done pretty well to catch up. I still suck terribly at understanding how technology works, I'm trying though.

Back to keeping up with the times. It is amazing how we are able able to communicate with people we've never even met or friends abroad in real time. As for me, I'm still fascinated about how we can find people in other parts of the world interested in the same things. How we can act, connect, petition and share ideas online. The best part is that we can do this at any time and anywhere....

I'm thankful of how we as humans evolve. Our determination to try and make things easier. I'm amazed at how nature always keeps us grounded and how we can come together when disaster strikes, and amidst all our challenges, its easier to share stories that will make us feel better about our situations or pray for others in tough situations. 

I am thankful to those that work day in and out to try and make communication easier and cheaper, and finding ways to reach out to others even when they are millions of miles away.
