He is in the fashion business

He is the CEO of LuisaViaRoma, Italy's leading online store and the rest of the world's ;)

He started LVR online in 1999 (with no competition whatsoever)

Everything LVR has on their site is unique and developed by themselves, written by their own programmers. 

They are using the same program now that he (Andrea) developed with his programmer 25 years ago

He created the first international conference for bloggers (2010)

LVR  has approximately 50,000 unique users per month, and the percentage of growth is impressive, with more or less 100% per year.

In his own words: "Well I think if you do something you like it’s a big advantage. I was so bad at school when I was young that I decided once I started work I would only do something that I really loved. And not only that I would demand that my assistants and the people who worked for me also enjoy what they are doing. If somebody doesn’t love what they are doing, it is impossible to do anything constructive. That’s the only way I decide to hire somebody: if they are going to have fun, and if they are going to love what they are going to do. That is the major reason. I want to have fun, and I still do".
