Preparation is good, right?

While I have been vegetarian for the past 6 months, not an easy task in the beginning but did it, I have decided to go all out and be vegan. Meaning no dairy products what so ever. Only plant based foods. It will be very difficult for me and totally inconvenient since I love ice cream and cheese :'( but I know I can do it. 

I have been shopping around for alternatives and decided that since I'm not a big fan of soy milk and tofu. I will try almond milk and rice milk. All made by me though. I'm making it my mission to make time to do all these. Will update and post pictures as often as I can. My detoxing starts this week, fruit and nut diet then vegan all the way. Praying to be strong throughout the whole process as it will be my new way of living.

I strongly believe that if you can control your diet, you can control anything.
